Job Description



Summary:

The Team Lead reports to the Core Team Assistant Manager and oversees the development and administration of internal and external regulations, protocols, and policies as well as creates and maintains test data, performs testing, and reports results to ensure a consistent high level of quality.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide support to the Analyst Supervisor and Team for the successful completion of data audits and conversion tests.
  • Assist the Supervisors in determining skills, processes and procedures needed to accomplish project tasks.
  • Identify training needs.
  • Coordinate due diligence and data collection activities
  • Monitor the Project Plan for task completion and documentation
  • Monitor data audits and testing.
  • Facilitate the audit of each conversion and recommend process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements



Job requirements:

  • o 3 - 5 Years of experience gathering and analyzing data, preparing and presenting reports and findings
  • o Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
  • o Prior experience with Loan Servicing software/program preferred.
  • o Demonstrated organizational and time management skills a must.
  • o Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • • Three years in a leadership role required.
