Job Description



Summary:

Coordinate and monitor preservation needs for foreclosed properties across the country according to guidelines. Maintain record to ensure and audit contractor performance.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Will order, manage, review and approve preservation efforts adhering to all local ordinances, client guidelines and industry compliance laws.
  • Will act as primary point of contact/liaison between client (bank) and outside, 3rd party vendors to ensure completion and maintenance in a timely manner.
  • Review daily reports and monitor property needs. Order inspections and or evictions when necessary.
  • May file and track claim payments.

Job Requirements



Job requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, some College is preferred.
  • 2+ years general office experience in a business/office setting.
  • Intermediate PC skills, Excel preferred.
  • Effective verbal (phone) and written (email) communication skills with a proven ability to interact in a positive and professional manner.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, problem-solve with a keen eye for detail.
