Summary:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • •Track department staff hours and schedules, out of office / sick days etc.
  • •Maintain department task schedules, project lists and update as instructed by department management.
  • •Assist with audit, security requests and fixed asset request requests and coordination.
  • •Keep track / coordinate of department meetings (including meeting with prospects, clients, vendors etc.)
  • •Additional duties as the job expands.
  • •Process invoices.
  • •Support Vice President of Information Technology.

  • •Microsoft Word
  • •Ability to learn and expand technical knowledge as this is an IT department and certain professional jargon will be used on a day to day basis.
