Monitors and provides the foreclosure attorneys with necessary documentation to complete the foreclosure within the guidelines of FHA, VA, PMI, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac; private investors and state law. When required, provides status of loans in foreclosure to the Default Analyses to be provided to the investor.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Monitor the foreclosure action to ensure the referred to an attorney has been received and initiate.


• Monitor the foreclosure action to ensure the title work has been ordered by the attorneys.


• Monitor the preparation and execution of all documents related to the foreclosure action.


• Monitor the foreclosure attorneys to ensure that the file is being worked timely.


• Ensures that all actions have been taken to take the loan to foreclosure sale within Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA state and investor guidelines


• Request time extensions from FHA, VA, or the investor when necessary in order to protect the priority of our claim and to minimize loss to the investor and the servicer.


• Updates the foreclosure screens with all related information.


• Respond to internal requests for status timely.


• Transfer files to the representative handling the next stage of the foreclosure timely.


• Maintain a professional attitude and atmosphere within the department.
