Job Description

Assists the document execution team and Supervisor by tracking the document through the full execution process. The Tracker also helps the Supervisor by completing daily, weekly and monthly reports not limited to the document execution process.Assigns the documents to the processor.


  • Assigns the documents to the figures processor if applicable.

  • Assigns the documents back to the processor or on to the auditor.

  • Assigns the documents to an executor and delivers the document to their department.

  • Picks the executed documents back up from throughout the company.

  • Assigns the document back to the processor to ensure it was executed properly.

  • Assigns the document to the mail coordinator to mail out.

  • Updates daily tracking log indicating complete process.

  • Assists Supervisor with various daily, weekly and monthly reports.

  • Perform all other responsibilities and duties deemed other duties as assigned.

  • Maintain a professional attitude and atmosphere within the department.

Job Requirements

  • Must be self-motivated; with strong time management skills; works well independently; works well with others and a team player

  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • High School diploma required. Paralegal or college degree preferred but is not required.
