Entry Level to Management Opportunities Available

Monitor and manage the daily functions and detailed operations of mortgage loan transfers of as related to data mapping of all master fields from clients or previous servicer's systems to internal system. Travel is required during data mapping sessions with Clients and/or previous servicers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Upon implementation of the Client Project Plan, ensure completion of all data mapping Project Plan tasks in a manner that ensures a smooth and timely conversion.
  • Track due dates and maintain Project Plan with most current completion dates as they relate to data mapping tasks
  • Participate in Core Team meetings to provide status reports to and discuss potential client issues with DMI Management
  • Ensure corporate, client, investor and vendor compliance including post conversion issues.
  • Extensive communication with Subservicing Clients, Prior Servicers and internal department personnel to ensure minimal client's customer impact
  • Complete detail balancing of the mid-size to large transfers including fund reconciliation
  • Assist and/or handle related transfer of servicing issues such as research, trial and final audit and comparison of data relating to the vendor
  • Additional tasks as requested by department management

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

  • Minimum three (3) years data mapping and two to five (2-5) years mortgage servicing experience. One (1) year of data mapping experience from various systems
  • Extensive working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, Windows applications. Hands on experience to include, but not be limited to: spreadsheets, macros, merge documents, database conversions, tape and cartridge manipulation.
  • Ability to understand a record layout from various systems
  • Accounting functions as it relates to reconciliation and balancing
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong follow up skills
  • Analytical minded with great attention to details and deadlines
