Summary:

Incumbent will answer complex customer inquiries within an inbound ACD Call Center environment on behalf of both DMI and Private Label clientele. This is a great opportunity to learn the Mortgage Servicing Business and to bring your professional Customer Service skills to Dovenmuehle Mortgage! We currently have openings at both our North Aurora and Elgin locations. Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc., a national company with headquarters in Lake County Illinois, is expanding all office operations.We're looking for career-minded individuals motivated to learn the servicing side of the mortgage business. Servicing mortgages is not effected by interest rates, the ups & downs of the real estate market or the economy. DMI is adding a substantial number of loans to our portfolio and needs to add employees to our servicing staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Inbound Call Center - Answering complex customer inquiries regarding mortgage loans on behalf of both DMI and Private Label clientele
  • Serve in a public relations capacity when dealing with both external and internal customers
  • Document all customer contact; task each call with the appropriate request or inquiry
  • Communicate and support call center quality initiatives
  • Present a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  • Strong communication skills, time management ability, organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, daily metric driven, goal oriented Call Center environment
  • Ability to multi-task: navigate between multiple computer screens and type at least 30 WPM, while assisting borrowers on calls
  • Previous Call Center preferred
  • Experience within Mortgage Servicing and Banking preferred
