Job Description



Summary:

Customer Service Representative answering complex customer inquiries, regarding a borrowers mortgage loan, within an Inbound-Call Center environment on behalf of both Dovenmuehle and Private Label clientele.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer complex customer inquiries concerning all aspects of loan servicing
  • Document all customer contact on the work code system
  • Maintain knowledge base of current practices, procedures, and policies within loan servicing
  • Serve in a public relations capacity when dealing with both external and internal customers
  • Present a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Job Requirements



Job requirements:

  • 1+ years in Call Center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational talent and time management skills
  • Effective multi-tasking ability: must be comfortable navigating between multiple computer screens at the same time while speaking on the phone
