Summary:

Customer Service Representative answering customer inquiries regarding a borrowers mortgage loan, within an In-Bound Call Center environment on behalf of Dovenmuehle and Private Label Clientelle. •Customer Service hours: Office open Monday - Friday until 7 PM. There are both Full time and Part time positions (Full time position Monday - Friday, 10 A.M. - 7 P.M. Part time position Monday - Friday, hours of 10 A.M. - 2 P.M. - hours may vary based on the needs of business). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer customer inquires concerning all aspects of loan servicing
  • Document all customer contact on the work code system
  • Maintain knowledge base of current practices, procedures, and policies within loan servicing
  • Serve in the public relations capacity when dealing with both external and internal customers
  • Present a positive and professional demeanor at all times

  • 1+ years in Call Center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Organizational talent and time management skills
  • Effective multi-tasking ability: must be comfortable navigating between multiple computer screens at the same time while speaking on the phone
