Job Description

Research Online Chat Associates respond to borrowers’ requests for live online service while serving as an advocate for the Client as part borrowers requesting service. The Chat Associate will be responsible for providing accurate information to borrowers, resolving borrower issues, and responding in a live chat in a professional manner.

  • Ability to respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via the live chat program
  • Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
  • Maintain up to date and comprehensive knowledge of services, products, and procedures
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Willingness to cooperate with others
