Summary:

This Specialized Call Center Rep will work 11 am - 8 pm in our Lake Zurich Corporate Offices. We will train you to be a Single Point of Contact for borrowers delinquent on their mortgage applying for payment relief programs. Our SPOC Reps are responsible for communicating with the borrowers regarding their loans in the Loss Mitigation process, informing and advising from initial welcome call to resolution.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Perform and manage inbound and outbound call activity, gathering information, explaining Loss Mitigation processes and informing the borrower of all options and programs available as alternatives to forclosure.
  • Service delinquent mortgage accounts in accordance with our client, investor and insurer, regulatory, federal, state and agency guidelines; demonstrating adherence to FDCPA .
  • Display a professional, empathetic demeanor to the borrower's financial situation when proposing solutions and delivering results while meeting deadlines in a volume driven environment.

Job Requirements



Job requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, some College preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years Call Center/Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent time management skills and organizational skills.
  • Experience in Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure or other default mortgage area ideal.
  • Experience in Mortgage loans, foreclosure or default would be ideal.
