Job Description



Summary:

This position in Client Audit Support is responsible for facilitating the gathering of information requested by all clients & auditors in a timely manner, while complying with company guidelines.

CONTACTS

INTERNAL:
All levels of management and staff in various internal departments

EXTERNAL:
Auditors and examiners,External auditors, financial clients, attorneys



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage multiple audit requests
  • Provide status reports to management and client(s)
  • Coordinate the collection of data from internal departments, clients and vendors.
  • Respond to all management and client issues and concerns
  • Ensure corporate, client, investor and vendor compliance with all standards and regulations
  • Prepare and submit requested audit documentation to client and or auditors within the specified time frame
  • Other duties, as assigned

Job Requirements



Job requirements:

  • • High school diploma; college degree is preferable
  • • 2 years + mortgage banking/servicing experience
  • • Audit experience is preferred
  • • Post-closing experience
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • Solid organizational skills and detail minded
  • • Strong analytical and follow up skills
  • • Solid PC skills including work knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications
  • • Loan servicing software experience is preferred
  • • Default experience is preferred
