Job Description



Summary:

The Transfer and Conversions (T&C) Department manages the conversion process for the onboarding of new loans as well as releasing loans. T&C handles all aspects of new client setup including opening bank accounts, investor setup and preparing private label letterhead, mortgage statements and borrower websites.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Will report to the Dept. VP and support department of management (8)
  • Review, update and distribute daily reports, monthly reports for Sr. Mgmt.
  • Tracks employee attendance, time off, FMLA and vacation requests, maintains reports
  • Reviews and submits payroll reporting, reconciling records of time
  • Order office supplies, maintain security requests, fixed asset requests, help desk tickets, IT access, . . .
  • Assist transfer areas: Client Calendars, create Network folders, Welcome letters and package, Client Surveys, Audit requests, . . and maintain all supporting documents for client start up
  • Manage Conference Room calendar, T&C Proxy, Dept. mail,
  • Handle assigned projects and other tasks as requested by Dept. Mgmt.

Job Requirements



Job requirements:

  • HS Diploma required, college preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years office experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel & Outlook required
  • Professional business sense, conduct and communication skills required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Analytical problem solver with an eye for details possessing exceptional follow up skills
  • No task too big/No task too small approach to work
